As well as helping you achieve your goals, we think that personal training should be enjoyable. Good results rarely come from feeling anxious, self–conscious or being put through painful exercise programmes and radical diets. That's not what we do.

Because of this and the expert guidance you receive, you'll get in shape much faster than if you just went to the gym (and that's assuming you even get to the gym!)
Exercises that work in the studio and at home
Our training programmes involve simple, tried and tested exercises that you can do anywhere. They don't rely on fancy equipment that you'll only find in the fitness studio or a gym.

If you're self-motivated and put the work in at home, you probably only need a personal training session once a week. That means you'd only spend around £100 a month – excellent value we think, for one to one personal training.

From day one, you're in control. We'll invite you in for a consultation to find out what you want to achieve. Everyone's goals are different; yours might be:
- losing weight
- toning or building your muscles
- getting yourself fitter
- relieving your aches and pains
- getting back to fitness after an injury
- reducing your stress levels
- gaining more energy
- gaining greater self-confidence
- feeling happier in yourself.
This consultation also helps us find out your current fitness levels, any medical conditions that might affect what you can do, as well as your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, including the style of training you want.
Your own personal training programme
After the consultation, we'll develop a training programme that's perfectly tailored to you.
Your personal trainer will help you get to grips with the exercises and make sure you're doing them correctly.
It's not set in stone of course – we can adjust the programme as we go along, so if there are exercises you'd like to do more of, or elements that you feel aren't working, just let your trainer know.
