A fun way to top–up your training
We offer a range of classes that help you get fitter in a fun, sociable group atmosphere.
They are a perfect way to 'top–up' your individual training – particularly if you find it hard to motivate yourself at home – or ideal if you're someone who prefers to take a class rather than commit to personal training.
Beginners Fitness Pilates
Mondays, 1.30–2.15pm with Emma. £5 a session. Fitness Pilates focuses on building your core strength and posture using a series of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. If you've ever had a bad back (or want to avoid one,) Fitness Pilates can help.
Total Body Conditioning
Wednesdays, 7–8pm with Sam. £5 a session. Give your body a total 'tip to toe' workout with a variety of exercises. Get your heart rate pumping and train every muscle in your body. Guaranteed to burn calories, improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.
Tone up, Turn up Thursdays
Thursdays, 7–8pm with Stan. £5 a session. This class will literally leave you 'fizzing' and turn your body from a fat storage machine into a fat burning machine. An excellent supplement to your personal training, or a great class to get you into shape whatever your goal.
Fit to fight Fridays
Fridays, 6–7pm with Phil. £5 a session. Tried everything else and found it dull and boring? Try this new class. Based around mixed martial arts training, this is circuit training taken to a new, innovative level.
