Beyond Training

What we offer goes beyond training

Being in good shape isn't just about doing lots of exercise. What you eat has a huge impact and looking after your body while you exercise is really important.

That's why we have in–house experts in nutrition, massage, spinal/joint care and coming soon, an expert in a form of alternative medicine called naturopathic medicine.

You, food, and exercise

The human body is complicated and everyone is different. Depending on your body chemistry and your personal training goals, certain kinds of food will suit you better than others. For example, you probably didn't know that

  • Certain types of exercise actually tell your body to store fat!
  • Certain foods tell your body to burn fat
  • Exercising the right way will make your body burn more calories after training than during.

Getting insights like these are a benefit of training with us. We've spent years learning and understanding the science behind it all, so you don't have to.

We'd love the opportunity to devise a nutrition plan for you; we're sure that you'll be amazed by the results.

  • reduced muscle fatigue and soreness
  • improved muscle tone and balance
  • reduced physical stress on bones and joints.

We offer therapeutic and sports massages in a private room just off the main studio – it's a great way to end your training session.
