There are 3 options to choose from...

1. All about me - One to one Training can suit whatever your requirements or preferences are. For example, if weight loss is your goal a program will be created to cater for your specific needs. Alternatively if you are pregnant, or have just given birth we can design a program to keep you in shape or get you into better shape than before! Each session lasts 1 hour.

2. Mates rates - Decrease cost and increase motivation by choosing 'Train with a Mate'. We recognise that some of you like a little bit of competition to help motivate yourselves so why not bring a friend along and reduce the cost too! You can train with a friend whatever your goals, whether it be specialised training for team sports, weight loss & toning or getting your shape back after pregnancy. Mates Rates offer a fun, sociable and affordable way to work out and get results.

3. Slash the price for life - Reduced cost for lifers! Not literally, but make a firm commitment to yourself by joining for a set period of time. Life is not a rehearsal, give yourself a chance of a better quality of life by continued progression and development.

How does it work?

Step 1 - We offer a FREE initial 'pre-exercise consultation'. This does not involve any exercise but is more of an informal chat to identify; your goals; what kind of exercise you enjoy (and hate!) and any health risks.

Step 2 - Using the information from the consultation we will then design the best suited program for you based around your preferences and physical capabilities. Fun and enjoyment are our core values so creating a purely individual and exciting program is paramount.

Step 3 - Decision time! You'll never get a hard sell after your consultation. We believe that you must be ready to start, not sold into it. Assuming you are ready to begin, it will be time to choose which package best suits you. Once that is done we get down to the fun stuff - releasing the new you!
